a free practice when life feels like too much ...
For many of us, we find ourselves in a tough place today. Many, many, many things are happening in the larger world, our personal circles, and inwardly. This is so hard to navigate. I’ve found myself struggling. Sometimes, it’s too much.
Here is a 10 minute breath meditation for you to witness the feelings of :
anger
&
fear … sit, or lie down and find presence in the “too hard”.
